Sri Lanka boasts of tropical rainforests, at least 14 national parks for safari adventures, and an unbelievable number of species of animals and plants. It is also called an ornithologist’s paradise.

This must have something to do with the great array of exciting spices used in cooking. A visit to Sri Lanka will not be complete without a hefty sampling of its delicacies and cuisine.

One of the most beautiful ways of discovering any place is knowing the local people who live in it.
